About Us

Woods of Logsdon's Ridge Homeowners Association

The Woods of Logsdon's Ridge HOA was established in 1992 and comprises a community of about 176 properties covering 110 acres.

The HOA is led by elected officers (a President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer), and it conducts regular business meetings throughout each year open to all HOA residents.  The meetings are held in the office of the Liberty Township Fire Dept. at 6682 Princeton-Glendale Rd. (just south of Walgreens).  The schedule is posted on our Events Page.

Our community is located in Liberty Township, one of the original five townships of the county.  The original township, erected in 1810, contained West Chester Township, which separated in 1823.

We are located as shown in the shaded area below between Hamilton Mason Rd. and the Butler County Veterans Highway also known as the Michael A. Fox Highway (Hwy. 129).

The entrance to the Subdivision is off Hamilton-Mason Rd. at Crown Pointe Dr., 1/2 mile west of Princeton-Glendale Rd. (Hwy 747).
